This data is from a study of Mexican mestizo patients newly diagnosed with CIS at the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery (NINN) in Mexico City, Mexico from 2006 to 2010. The data can be accessed at Mendeley Data or on Kaggle

When exploring demographic factors, I also used Age-Sex Specific Multiple Sclerosis Incidence Rate Data from the government of Alberta’s Interactive Health Data Application.

I used the Wes Anderson Palettes R package created by Karthik Ram from Github for the colors in my graphs.
